Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility toward our environment. Our company’s existence is part of a bigger system of people, values, other organizations and nature. Just Diamond’s CSR values applies to our company and its subsidiaries including our suppliers and partners and is consistent with the objectives of the RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) and its standards of conduct are detailed herewith:
Environmental Responsibility
Just Diamonds Ltd recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We practice & encourage Environmental Awareness in order to progressively decrease the environmental impact of our company’s activity. Part of our actions are Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Reducing consumption of Water & Energy, Educate our employees and suppliers about an eco-friendly lifestyle and Support local and international non-profit associations
Social Responsibility
Just Diamonds Ltd is committed to observe community values and is actively promoting human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment. We do not tolerate child labour nor forced labour, We maintain the highest standards in matters of health and safety, and make sure to donate and aid to alleviate those in need, advance education and community events and encourage our employees to volunteer.
Responsible Sourcing
Just Diamonds Ltd practice Responsible Sourcing policy which is incorporated into agreements with all suppliers. Our Diamonds are sourced in line with the requirements of our Code of conduct, covering a wide range of environmental & social criteria. We support the Kimberley Process and sourced only from mines & other manufacturers that adhere to the strictest labour, trade, and environmental standards. Just Diamonds Ltd practice a demonstrable due diligence procedure, including clear identification of our own suppliers, “Know Your Customer” (KYC) details, and terms of business and any proof of provenance of materials and undertake risk assessment in order to identify any risks in our supply chain which may be contrary to the company’s Responsible Sourcing policy, Our tightly-controlled diamond supply chain also ensures we never sell any treated or synthetic diamonds.

Just Diamonds Ltd complies with applicable laws and regulations and ensures that all its business operations are legitimate. Our company does not tolerate any kind of corruption or money laundering and promotes Anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices. We conduct our business with integrity, Respect toward the consumer and respect to human rights. We make sure to provide fair labour practices for our employees as well as the employees of our suppliers, this includes equal pay for equal work and living wage compensation initiatives. Ethical labour practices for suppliers include the use of products that have been certified as meeting fair trade standards.
